Dilan OKÇU is 36 and has been teaching for 14 years as an English Teacher. She is now working in a high school in İzmir, Turkey. She is married and has two daughters. She completed her undergraduate education in the Department of English Language Teaching at the Middle East Technical University, NCC. She completed her Master's degree with thesis in English Language Teaching (ELT) at Bahçeşehir University. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies, she took many courses on digital teaching methods and developed herself in this field. In her academic career, she has published articles in international journals in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT). In addition to her academic work, she completed an associate's degree in Photography and Cinematography at Anadolu University, driven by her interest in photography.

She currently serves as the coordinator of Erasmus+ projects and the manager of eTwinning projects at a high school. She has also earned a national quality label for her work in eTwinning projects.

In recent years, she has focused particularly on Flipped Classroom and Future Classroom Lab approaches, conducting on-the-job observation activities, attending various trainings, and gaining valuable experiences in these areas.

Hello! My name is Cristina Chihalău. I am a primary school teacher at the Adjudeni Vocational School, Neamț County, Romania. I currently teach third grade. Every day, the children excite me! I learn new things from them and they from me. I have been a teacher for 31 years at the same school. I really like reading, taking walks in the surroundings, but also visiting other cities. I have two children, a girl and a boy. Both of them are special people, of whom I am proud.

I am a teacher of English at a project-based high school in Turkey.I am interested in E-twinning because I view it a door to an outside world besides having the chance to share my experiences , creative ideas with my colleagues and also learn about new experiences and creative ideas. I am passionate about looking for new ways to collaborate with my colleagues around Europe and getting my students to communicate with students across the world. I believe cultural differences enrich the world and give us knowledge not only about others but in the end ourselves. I am one of those who believe education and learning are not something only done in classrooms via books but one those who believe in innovation and project based learning, which preapre students to classrooms of the future by integrating them into the world outside the classroom !

Hello! My name is Ece Gülsüm Çiçek. I'm 26 years old and was born and raised in Istanbul. This is my third year as an English teacher. Currently, I work at a Sports High School in Nizip, Gaziantep, where I teach dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic students. Their energy and passion constantly inspire and motivate me to do more.

One of my biggest goals as a teacher is to help my students discover the world beyond the classroom and develop a strong sense of cultural awareness. I love traveling and watching films — both allow me to connect with different cultures and people from all over the world.

I recently got married, so solo trips have now turned into shared journeys.
