This book was not a bad read, it was pretty interesting at times but there was plenty of flaws. In this book review it states that this book puts mental illness into a bad light, which i agree with. This book often uses outdated psychological references and honestly it can be hard to read at times. I feel like this book can be bad for some people who have struggled with mental illnesses in the past because of how this book talks about mental illnesses. This book does a good job of making this seem like a big joke that isn't that serious even though it is a topic that should be taken seriously.
