One way to look at Ignite Fest is to think of it as a 'live' sharing of lessons that have been conducted across the year so that different departments can see, think and wonder how they could apply some of the ideas that have happened in different departments to their own subject areas. 

Eg for 2019, there will be a Lit X Music effort. This can be an opportunity for us to, when we are in our classes, make cross references to what our students are doing in different subjects, and incorporate some ideas in our lessons.
