They can silence the world around you or even play your favorite songs. What about the person who is frustrated? They would be sent to a place to calm down and chill out until they are alright again. They would get anything to help like, stress toys, sleep, and even food to calm down the angry people in this town, and will be released back to their normal lives when their anger is all gone.
