     This video discusses about self-confidence, he uses the word skills instead of confidence because he believe it can be trained. Then, he show us how to do it in a couple of different ways. He explains some of the ways that need to be done for that confidence to be present in oneself. This is because, you are the only one who can help yourself to fix the situation. only we aware of the issues we confront. Its target audience is in general, to anyone who wishes to improve their self-confidence and is an introvert.

     This video is quite beneficial to me. The best part of his speech is when he emphasizes the term, repetition, and says there is no magic button. He also advised continuing to practice and refusing to accept failure, as well as doing what needs to be done and refusing to accept no. It had a significant impact on me since every element that Dr. Ivan discussed made me to become more available and rise up to continue to believe in myself that I can succeed. I believe everybody who listens to this speech will be inspired to make positive changes in their lives.
