The cameras were set to aperture priority at F/16 and ISO was at 200. The cameras were then set on a tripod and then I was ready to take the pictures. Five pictures were taken in each location: one normal and the rest changing the exposure compensation to -0.5, -1.0, 0.5, and 1.0. 

To create the high dynamic range effect for each picture, I opened up photoshop. In photoshop, I went to file, then automate, and selected the 5 pictures I took in each location. Photoshop did the work to combined all 5 of the photos to achieve the perfect image with both shadows and highlights.
