There could've been a person (that might've went mad) that was there and the teenagers did the work for them and they didn't know it. Also the teens might not have broke everything there, the madman or ghost might have done a few things because it says it has been broken into a bunch of times. The other teenagers of the group had to dust off a ledge because there were a lot of leaves on it because it was fall. Then they climbed on the ledge used a little window breaker to break the window without shattering it. They came in somewhat early in the morning. They stopped the clock in every class room at 8:15 so they wouldn't get framed. They tried to leave earlier that 6:45 but they couldn't find the exit because the signs were tore down. They broke the security monitor so no one would see them climb in through the window. They simply just tore it off of the wall. They were looking in the bathroom when they saw someone random in the reflection of the mirror. They got scared. They left so quickly they forgot their skateboards. Although some of them were walking because some of them were wearing boots and it is very difficult to ride a skateboard in boots. They really didn't think about where they were going so they went the worse route. The supernatural figure drove them away and they booked it back home while the ghost or poultergeist was in the building vandalizing the school, and let out a maniacal laugh. The teens were possibly planning to vandalize, but then got caught by the ghost they freaked out.

But there were only three of them at the start. Because they threw a rock or something else at the window to get to the lock, that’s how they got in. I think that they didn't want to travel in a large group so the chances of getting caught were lower. So one of them got in on the higher window. They might have came in so they could deface it, but also in the description it says to solve a mystery. A ghost lurks in the school and they were trying to find something like a treasure. Since they couldn't find it, they eMailed a friend for backup then destroyed the computer so the police couldn't get the info. The extra teenager might have snuck in the back and left his footprint. The ghost was probably the one who laughed and scared them away.

They used a rock to get in by shattering the window to unlock the door through the inside, and they also broke another window to either get in, or get out. The witnesses also say that they came out of there in a hurry, like they were running from something or someone. There might have been a squatter in the building though, and that might have been what they ran from and he might have been the person who was laughing after they left. The boot print in the dirt might have been from the person that they were running from, or it could have been one of the people in the group.

The graffiti is dry, there is no dripping and it looks older. The clock is new and clean, and unbroken. For the broken TV is suggesting he is extremely aggravated at something. There might be dna on the can, someone go check. For the bathroom it looks like he could be getting angry when he is seeing his own reflection or something or someone in there, so he got angry so he slammed them onto the sink and then the person could have left and they fought. The sink and mirror both lacked blood that probably would have been there if that had happened so probably not that. They also could have found someone in their and tried to stop them or they joined together for a while and the person ambushed them. Or someone found out about them and set them up so they the police caught the group. The person could be doing the stealing and breaking for an adrenaline rush and to have some control over their own life. For anyone who reads this all I applaud you. Thanks. When the teens were getting reported I bet the teens said nothing because they were into a position they didn't like. He was raiding bathrooms, chemistry classrooms, etc. for chemicals used to make some kind of potion, bomb, or anything dangerous. He also broke all security devices, so that no one could know of his crimes. Judging on some of the photos, the madman knew that the students who had entered the school for vandalism and had seen his workings would probably tell authorities of what they had seen. Alas, he tried his best to keep them from getting out and capturing them.
