Date: Winter, 1777

Location: Pennsylvanian

Recap in your own words: Valley Forge is a place for the colonists soldiers to rest close to Philadelphia to watch over how and when his winter quarters but far enough away to avoid a surprise attack. The colonists are resting because it is winter and they are resting to get healthy like a pauses in the war. The colonist had to build a place to stay like a fort because George Washington didn't want to make colonists house the soldiers in the war, like the British are doing. The colonists troops are going to train and learn from a Russian general. They are going to transformed from ordinary citizens into a true army. Congress keeps presenting anyone with a accent and fancy cloths into a genera and we could win the war like that if we keep it up. General Gates and is wanting to go against George Washington and he needs to be warned. The colonists don't like the Russian general that is trying to teach them how to be professional. Everything worked out in the end and the supplies finally came and the continental army and are coming together and are finally a real army.

Who won and why: no one it wasn't a battle
