The Cerebellum helped with coordinating the body fine motor activities like opening a door and twisting the knob. The Amygdala deals with fear and there is fear of the unknown of what is behind that door that the brain has to comprehend. The Parietal Lobe deals with sensory information and touch so when you open a door, you touch the knob.

While having a conversation the Broca's Area helps with language processing and speech production. When talking sometimes you tell stories of times when something happened and the Hippocampus helps with long declarative memories from way back. The Right Hemisphere deals with facial recognition and when you see someone you recognize their face and say hi.
