In terms of China’s standard of living, it is a relatively poor country. The low standard of living allows companies in China to pay their workers less than American workers. That makes products cheaper, which lures overseas manufacturers to outsource jobs to China. 

The Chinese government provides financial support for the aluminum and steel mills, including loans that don’t have to be paid back and materials that are under priced and even free.

With many cell phone companies all over the world, most of them aren’t set up here in the USA because of prices. If I were to make my business somewhere in the world. I would definitely set it up in China. Because of the tons and tons of shipments that are being made there every single day, getting supplies for our cell phone would be a breeze. And setting up factories would be cheaper than anywhere else in the world because of the price differences in China from the US. The economy in China is very stable, therefore leading to equal pay for everyone and fair pay. There are many people looking for pay in China, therefore leading to people wanting to work for our factories.

Manufacturing in China will cost less because of their steep training cost and high turnovers. They also have cheap labor there,  so the workers will not cost much and will take minimum wage for working. The employees in China are trained with technology skills and are suitable for us when they make a smartphone. China has based factories produce for the global economy. They have high production capability that will suit a needs when making are smartphone. They will work up to 12hours a day and will work 6 days a week for us so we can produce very fast and stable.  

We are choosing to manufacture in Mexico because we can afford cheap labor and instead of manufacturing in China for example, we would also have to pay over sea shipping costs. We can also offer more pay than lower paying jobs in Mexico so workers will want to work for us and make more money for themselves.

We would set up shop in a foreign country but distribute our shirts around the world like many clothing companies now. We would have factories in China because we would get out cotton from China since they distribute most of the cotton in the world. 

The reason we are manufacturing in China is due to the fact that they have many workers that will be able to produce these cotton t shirts day in and day out. Also, China has many trade partners, meaning they are able to ship goods including our T-Shirts globally throughout the seven continents.
