A positive feedback loop is seen when Amino acids are in the stomach. They cause the acid and pepsinogen to release by the parietal and chief cells. But because these cells are used to break down proteins so therefore there is more amino acids being made. More amino acids causes there to be more gastrin released and that means these is an increased production rate of acid and pepsinogen.

Because the Stomach contains a lot of acid and has high levels of acid. The pancrease secretes a hormone called secretin. Witch pretty much activates the production of sodium bicarbonate. Then a buffer is then used to neutralize the stomach's pH level to make it less acid.

You can see a negative feedback loop happens in the stomach because acids and enzymes are released from the low levels of pH in the stomach. Because the pH level is low ot begin with delta cells secrete somastian which deactivates the production of gastrin therefore resulting in the stopping of enzymes and acid production.
