This can be confirmed in writing and verbally discussing and then signed. 
·         Feedback must be given in sufficient time to the task or act it relates to, this will ensure maximum impact of the feedback. 
·         The feedback must be positively reinforced, even if the feedback is not of a positive, this should be used a learning curve and used to movitate a learner opposed to discourage.
·         The feedback must include a resolution, so idenfity the issue and propose a way to improve or move forward, guiding the learner.
·         Not only written, written text does not show emotion and therefore can be received in a negative way, which is not productive to a learner.
