Our Libraries are the ground place to Learning. I pledge to utilise it very well during my off days or pop in during my break. Amazing place and ambience. I recently found my interest in jigsaw puzzles. It's wonderful to know how the staff constantly trying to keep it alive and get the staff attention with new ideas. Once my son visited and he loved it.. excited to solve the puzzle and play with the computer. It's a loss if you have not visited. Take a cup of coffee and go sit to experience for yourself the peace and things it will offer to you. Have you tried the games yet? Why don't you check it once👍

I am grateful to get library services since I joined the trust. I have used library services for my course work - to get my reading list book, review of literature and all the resources to help with academic writing.

I like using the library when I have free time . I am a student nursing associate, and it is an important place for my studies. Librarians are always very supportive; I can ask anything and they come back to me very quickly. I use the Pod too , which is a quiet place for meetings .

The atmosphere is always uplifting here , at Epsom Library. During work it is easy to forget that we are learners too ; and the library gives back that ‘student spirit’’, the feeling of the working mind . Staff members make me feel always comfortable. Thank you for being there for us :)

I will continue to promote our Libalrary service to all our new starters attending their Corporate Induction - so that no one misses out on what is on offer. I would like to commend the library staff for being incredibly helpful and supportive. I am very grateful for the wide range of resources available and for the assistance I receive when requesting help such as books from other libraries or accessing e-journals. Potenza, Marissa, and Agnies, in particular, have been outstanding—always professional, approachable and friendly. Their dedication makes a real difference, and I truly appreciate their support.

The Epsom and St Helier Library is a fantastic service, staffed by brilliant, hardworking, and knowledgeable colleagues. Whenever I have needed an article or support, the team has always responded promptly and helpfully. I truly appreciate our Trust library.

I also pledge to make greater use of the physical space, as I often access the service remotely. The STH site is a wonderfully welcoming environment, and I look forward to spending more time there. - Sara Jane :)

Hello,

I use the library often and it has a wealth of information for my needs.

The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help. In particular, I would like to mention Agnies, who always serves me with a beaming smile and helps without failure.

I would also like to mention Mande, who is more than happy to assist.

Thank you to all the staff, I truly appreciate the facilities and also love the fact that not only does the library have academic resources,but also has a decent fiction section.
