Absolutely agree with this extract. Inquiry has always been a part of every human being whether in IB or a non IB. It's a human perception how meaningful our inquiry is, whether do we derive to the answers or do we just make conclusions and stop our investigations. 
I believe the power of inquiry should be open enough in our mindsets and not just to follow the inquiry cycle. She beautifully explained that every teacher should question herself/himself the ‘Why’ and ‘how’ they are making a difference in students learning, what the purpose of the learning was. Questioning is an art every teacher conducting inquiry should learn. Monitoring the students' discussions helps them understand their learning. Further, every teacher should know the CORE PRINCIPLES GUIDING THE INQUIRY TEACHER'S PRACTICE. - It is not about what you do,  but it's about why you do it, which gains the attention. This itself brings out the fact that more you inquire, more the questions, higher thinking and application. This in return yields better results in terms of skill development, thinking routines, critical analysis etc.
- Power of inquiry equips learners with real life skills. Something that they will use and retain for life. Learning is more holistic and deep.
- It is vital for an educator to be an 'inquiry teacher' as the values of the educator will resonate in their student learning. 
- It's a lot about being a role model and displaying several attributes of an inquiry teacher to build more inquiring learners.
- Both students and educators need to inquire together and learn. Moving away from 'know it all' to 'finding out about it'.

As a teacher we must be actively passive, actively observing and making notes, passive, to allow students to inquire, make connections and apply their learning.
