Before you submit your poem, use this checklist to make sure you have followed the directions.

TITLE—The top line of the post is the title of your poem.  This is a title that you created based on the message of your poem.

NAME—The next line is for your name

BLOCK—The next line is the letter of your block.

Copy and paste the two paragraphs that you wrote about your poem.

Use strong, seventh-grade writing. Write in complete sentences and proof for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Blackout Poem
After your paragraphs, type your poem into the end of the post. Yes, put the title again, and then type the text of your poem. This is to make sure your readers can see all of the words you selected to create your poem just in case your image is not clear enough.

Upload a clear image of your poem. When you take the picture, try to only include a picture of the page. (Not you photobombing it in the background. :) )
