The different groups all had different idea about what they thought should be put into a show and how they chose to go about making new episodes to follow the storyline.

Taking away the little bit I know about being a showrunner, I would have to say I appreciate the way they run their team and how careful they are about who they choose to bring on because there are different creative ways on how people think.

More often than not, with a movie, scenes are broken up depending on the setting, the placement, how someone needs to act, dress, talk, whether or not there need to be certain people to fill the background and how many or where they are supposed to go.

Writing a movie, for lack of a better term, is cut and dry because we know there is a beginning, a middle, and an end. With a show, it's not as simple because of the amount of entertainment having to go into it to keep the audience interested.

TV shows have to be consistent with the story, the episode of one season has to fall in line with the previous, unless the episodes are not connected in some way. Most shows, when a season ends, either have to decide whether they want to kill a certain character, leave a cliff hanger, etc.

Nothing about being a member of these teams is easy because of the work going into it. I remember in the video, there were so many co-producers because it takes a village of people to come together and make shows a reality.

To know there about 84% of shows usually fail in the first time they are presented is absolutely wild to me, because I can recount how many times I have watched something I loved over and over again on my television.

To think there are so many failing, but the access we have to shows we deem good based on our interests will for sure make me go back and appreciate the time and effort put into the stuff I watch.

As a consumer, I feel as though I am someone who has multiple tastes in what I watch. However, I noticed with shows, I have a type and am very particular about how I waste my time taking in media.

When it comes to my watching, I like to watch shows with a mixture of comedy, thrill, and some morbidity thrown into the mix. Specifically, because it is what I like and it allows for me to experience how I feel all in one sitting. I like laughing, gasping, and then getting mad when a character dies because I like them.
