This presentation will highlight the key findings of my EAR project and suggest practical techniques for maximising learning.

I am a 4th-year Foreign Language and Literature student at NAMSU, teaching teenagers and adults in ESL and IELTS preparation. My experience includes working at Uzschool Online and Ziyokor, where I attempted to design interactive and structured lesson plans to enhance learning.
