         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is important for language to be developed at an early age because after the age of 2, children can learn words at an astronomical rate. Their brain allows for them to learn my new words and languages by the age of six. As a child starts to get older, it becomes harder for them to learn new languages. </div>]]></description>
