I love where I live -- the SF Bay Area -- beauty, consciousness, community, smart people, good food, plenty of nature, yet sophisticated.

Biggest challenge for me right now is living with the results of the election and figuring out what we can do to preserve all that matters.

I have so many incredible memories growing up in Alaska with the Tlinget and Athabaskan tribes of dancing, ceremonies, totems, spirit animals, drumming. Being by the ocean with whales and fish daily!

A challenge I have right now is launching a product based company while still healing and sharing my light.

I love the San Francisco Bay Area for its beautiful nature, the fog in the morning, the hiking trails, but most of all for the consciousness. I've been here 50 years and though the world is catching up, it used to be the leading edge of consiousness explorers.

My challenge right now is having way to much to do, feeling spread too thin, and even though I say no a lot, still say yes to too much. EVerything comes with tech challenges as well, social media, etc. which I spend more time dealing with than I want to.

1. Something that I treasure about Americans is that they are open about themselves. I have lived outside of America and found that other cultures were not as open and in fact looked down on American openness. I know that the more we are open and willing to share, the more we will find our connections.

A huge challenge for me right now is how to reconcile and help to overcome the negativity of our new administration. I had greater hopes for our country.

What I can offer to the community is friendship, connection, and Love.

Culture: I value my parents, grandparents, extended family and community of my raising. It gave me values, strength and experience from which to build a successful life. There was love, support, and community all around me in my formative years.

Challenge: To help heal this country during a time of extreme division and to perhaps begin bridging the divides between us. To calm my nerves and add positivity to those around me.

Offer: I can give myself fully to any activity or movement I join and help make society and the world at large a better place.

Staying informed without devolving into fear.

I know deconstruction has always been a necessary path to co-creation of the New Earth. Good family and friends, I am very hopeful!

Nature walks and to slow down. If I stress and run around the world gets noisy for me.

Loss of people I love. I am dealing with it well and learning a lot about myself, life and death.

That universe is bigger than me and there is a path for us all, even if we don´t see it or it seems logical

Personal Practices: I move my perspective farther away: I look at my life or the circumstance from a bigger distance.

Challenge: Coordination, working on communications systems that support group coordination.

My biggest challenge is neuropathy in my feet and I am pursuing healing.
