In previous modules, it was usually theories or information that we may use in the future during coaching but for this module, everything was about how to coach well and what are the styles in coaching. For week 1 to 6, it taught us the ways to coach and allowed me to choose which way i wanted to coach. From week 7 onwards, it allowed me to practice how to coach and watching from the first video to the last video, i saw a huge improvement from my own coaching due to the feedback i gotten and changing what was needed to be change. S263 allowed me to understand what it is like to be a coach, to adapt to different students and scenarios and made me understand what it is like to be a coach. It taught me to be flexible in my session and not everything would go by the script and which i have to think on the spot to tackle such issues.
