Firstly, it is backache. This problem has 2 reasons: the worker sit in wrong posture. And The worker have to work too long and sit in oneplace. This status, if prolonged, can lead to health and productivity problems. I suggest that the company should provide fully chair large enough for worker and the chairs should be had the backrest and footrest. Beside, the company should have short breaks so the worker can relax and do their exercise. 

Secondly, I see that our factory is still messy and arrange their working positions unreasonably. I would strongly recommend providing each sewing machine and working table with a rubbish bag .That’s all!

Subject: Price negotiation

Next, for the measurements, Armhole – Straigh is ¾ smaller, the waist is 7 smaller, bottom opening is 6,5 smaller, cuff opening is 1 3/4 longer than the requirement in the spec sheet. Besides, the color of the fabric is different from the spec sheet. We should add as soon as possible. This is my comment about the actual sample. I hope you correct the sample and send back to me tomorrow.

The fisrt case is Mrs Nguyen Thi Hoa. On 20/8/2022, she got a needle in her hand. The reason was because she was busy talking to the worker next to her. unfortunately she pressed the pedal when her hand was under the needle. At that time, first aid was given immediately in the sewing floor and then she was sent to the Medical center of our factory. She continued her work on the next day. In order to minimize the above cases, all workers need to pay attention when working.

The fisrt case is Mrs Le Thi Li. On 26/7/2022, She burned her hand while she was ironing because she is inexperienced and the temperature of the iron is too high. We gave first aid right at the sewing floor and she was then taken to our factory's Medical Center for further treatment. She continued her work the next day.

In conclusion, the data from this form is useful for possible improvements in working conditions. Managers need to provide training for worker, especially for the new staff to avoid unfortunate accidents which will affect productivity and work quality.
