How the PlayStation 4 works...

Under the PS4's hood you'll find an 8-core AMD Jaguar X86 64-bit processor. It will also have a whole lot of RAM, in the form of 8GB (gigabytes) of GDDR5 (Graphics Double Data Rate, version 5) RAM. so basically, the playstation 4 is equivalent to a very powerful desktop computer. The playstation as well as the xbox one is equipped with bluetooth. The playstation controller has a rechargeable battery and a charging cord that receives power from the playstation mainframe. The PlayStation series started in 1994 when the PlayStation 1 was introduced. I chose this because i have a PlayStation 4 and i am a big fan of PlayStation. That is a small pinch on how the PlayStation 4 works if you want to learn more go to: https://electronics.howstuffworks.com/ps4.htm

Today, motherboards typically boast a wide variety of built-in features, and they directly affect a computer's capabilities and potential for upgrades. The first motherboards held very few actual components. The first IBM PC motherboard had only a processor and card slots. Users plugged components like floppy drive controllers and memory into the slots. A motherboard by itself is useless, but a DVR has to have one to operate. The motherboard's main job is to hold the computer's microprocessor chip and let everything else connect to it. Everything that runs the computer or enhances its performance is either part of the motherboard or plugs into it via a slot or port. The shape and layout of a motherboard is called the form factor. The form factor affects where individual components go and the shape of the computer's case. There are several specific form factors that most PC motherboards use so that they can all fit in standard cases.
