I wrote very similar in my padlet as well. I really think having good relationship with students is the most important thing. That makes it natural for children to trust the teacher and also for the teacher to strive for the best care to the children in their care.

I also agree with your idea of building relationship with families to understand the children better and especially if they have a rough morning it is important for us to know so we can try to make their day better

And for #3, it would be nice to include traditional foods on different cultural celebrations. Overall well written.
