My name is Shantia Stroud, but most people know me as Tia. I am from Athens, Georgia, but I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I received my undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management from the University of West Georgia.

This is the seventh course that I will be taking in the M.Ed. Higher Education Administration program at Georgia Southern University and I am very excited! I hope this course will help me grow as a professional so that I can assist and provide the best service to college students. My career plan is to be a Student Affairs Director or a Dean of a College. Also, I would not mind being a President of an institution.
