All levels are taught leadership from their first year to their fourth year in the program. LET 1's are given the initial lesson, when they become a LET 2 they have to put what they have learned to practice. During their LET 3 & 4 year they have to implement the planning stage. Each level builds upon the next to ensure that a complex leadership style is being learned.
