Our Earth is unique
And we must care
It gives soil, water and air.

Animals and humans share the land 
Lets all lend a helping hand.

Seas and lands are blue and green,

Let’s make it neat and clean

There are Volcanos and craters 
swamps with Alligators                       
Look at the mountains, valleys and trees so tall
There are rivers, lakes and waterfalls.

The North and South pole have much ice 
The polar bear says – “The weather is nice”.

Now the Earth says – “Save me, love me, care for me
But don’t pollute me”.

So, let’s take a pledge to save our Earth 
Recycle and Reuse must be worth.

Different consuming issues identified with environmental change, continually expanding ocean level, exhaustion of the ozone layer, and merciless deforestation are discussed out in the open.

There is nobody specifically approached to commend this day. Each individual can contribute in their specific manner to make this day a triumph. On this day, a few volunteers go to a close-by land to plant trees while a few volunteers choose to clean neighboring paths or waterways. Various specialists hold hands and attempt to make open mindfulness by making banners, through origami ventures or their works of art. Our Earth is our duty to fix the harm that we have caused.

Upon this beautiful planet
Which so many take for granted.

The time to take action is now,
To restore what's been damaged somehow.
We stand on the brink of "too late,"
But there's still time to change our fate.

Our sweet Earth 

Is the only place of Birth 

Keep it Clean 

Don’t let global warming be Seen

Always be Aware 

This is our Mother Earth we must Care 

Earth provides us Everything, Wheat and Rice

It takes care of many things from Whales to mice

Earth smiles in flowers 

It has atmosphere, a wonderful Cover 

The best gift ever given to us is Earth 

Protect it, Save it, Earth can’t have Rebirth 

It's way past time to put Mother Earth first,
To clean up the water before we all thirst,
To clean up the air before our lungs sicken,
To renew the soil and feel it quicken.

How long until the point of no return?
How much longer until we all finally learn,
That to this task we all must rise.
And stop abusing Mother Earth before she dies.

It’s our planet “Earth”. 

Earth is our home,

So blue and so green,

So it’s our duty to keep it clean.

Save the nature and save life.

Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle

Is the way.

That is the only thing I want to say. 

You can save water and

Plant a tree. Make it better for, 

You and me. Let’s take a pledge to

Save the Earth

By making it clean and green as it worth.

Proficiency Awards Ceremony is a much awaited event at the end of each academic session. Proficiency Awards are a means to recognise students for their academic excellence, exemplary behaviour and good conduct.

The Proficiency Award Ceremony for *Classes V & VI* will be held on *Monday 4 October 2021* .


✅Students of Class V to login by 7.30 a.m.

✅All students presenting the assembly and those receiving Proficiency Awards to be dressed in *School uniform and wear ID card*.

✅Students to follow the instructions given during the Assembly.

Diwali is all about rejoicing by spreading joy with your friends and loved ones. What better way to ring in the festival of lights than glittering up candles and diyas to make it look festive! Leave your child with some glitter and paper and see how they express their creativity! As one of the fun Diwali celebrations,  we, at Delhi Public School, Secunderabad, have planned a colourful ' Paper Diya Making' activity on *Friday, 22 October 2021 from 12:10 p.m. to 12:40 p.m. in the Google classroom.
