         <description><![CDATA[<div>Worldview: It is to protect the ourselves and other friendly states.<br><br>Beliefs: have special responsibility to promote and protect the U.S. Not be afraid to use our military.<br><br>Policies: Transform non-democratic states to in democratic states.<br><br>Arguments for/ against: For- if we wait wait until the world's bullies become so powerful the we must confront them militarily.<br>Against- pressuring other governments to adopt U.S. democratic principles will spark international criticism that the United States is trying to control the world.</div>]]></description>
