         <description><![CDATA[<div> Titration is a technique used to determine the unknown concentration of a known solution. <br><br>The aim of this experiment was to use a standard solution of Sodium Hydroxide to distinguish between two samples of Hydrochloric acid of different concentrations.   </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Step 1:</em></strong> Set up apparatus as shown. <br><strong><em>Step 2:</em></strong> Add a few drops of phenolphthalein indicator to the NaOH in the conical flask.<br><strong><em>Step 3:</em></strong> Allow the HCL to flow from the from the burette into the NaOH in the conical flask<br><strong><em>Step 4:</em></strong> Add the HCL drop by drop until the solution in the conical flask changes colour. <br><br></div>]]></description>

Snowflakes are made up of crystals of ice that have formed around bits of dirt in the air. The snowflakes start out very small and grow.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The aurora borealis (northern lights) form when charged particles emitted from the sun during a solar flare penetrate the earth's magnetic shield and collide with atoms and molecules in our atmosphere. These collisions result in countless little bursts of light, called photons, which make up the aurora. Collisions with oxygen produce red and green auroras, while nitrogen produces the pink and purple colors. This reaction encircles the polar regions of the earth and occurs at an altitude of 40-400 miles (65-650 km) in a zone called the "Auroral Oval."</div>]]></description>
