Recap in your own words:  It is not a actual battle, but a camp.  12,000 man under George Washington went to Valley Forge. Their were low in supplies, while it was cold and harsh. 1/7 of the people were Native Americans. Marquis de lafayette saw how terrible the camp was, and renew it. He told the people to shower, and hang a soldier in front of other soldier to prevent them from leaving. 

Location: Yorktown, Virginia

Recap in your own words:  France cut off aid, big southern losses, growing concerns of mutiny, a traitor betray the British in the 1780, and soldier are not getting paid. The colonial was at a huge disadvantage, but George Washington thought of a plan. He plan to make fake battle plan, lose it, and the red coat will find it. George Washington also bombed nearly 1,7000 round of bomb at British defense daily for a week to prevent Cornwallis to be able to repair his defense. This was the last battle of the revolution. The colonial have about 400 peoples wounded/dead while the British have 1000.

Who won and why: The colonial won because the British was fooled by George Washington fake battle plan, outnumbered, and couldn't fix their defense. 

Location: Paris, France 

Recap in your own words: Benjamin Franklin, John Adam, and John Jay were people who represented the United States, and approved the treaty of Paris. After the treaty of Paris was signed, the war was officially over. Britain recognized United States as a independence states. 

Who won and why: The treaty of Paris said that the Colonist won.

Location:  Boston, Massachusetts

Recap in your own words: British were planning to send troops to Boston to take over a hill. The colonial figured out and went to the hill to take over it first with William Prescott as their leader.  

Who won and why: British soldier because the colonial ran out of supply. It is a pyrrhic victory because the soldier lost a lot of people.
