I would recommend the book to the starting age of 14 because you would be entering high school and that experience can be crazy. When you enter high school you think your supposed to meet someone and fall in love. When you are young you will make many mistakes and relationships won't last as long. When people get older they are ready to sit down and have a serious relationship.
