I see you all! As a third-party contract sometimes it's tough to feel fully integrated into the full community at large. Folks might not know your names and only call you when they need you without truly acknowledging the integral role you play in the day to day operations and keeping the campus and its people safe. Particularly during COVID. Access control in the face of ever-changing policies and scared, confused, and frustrated members of the public is challenging. But you're pulling it off with professionalism, tact, and dignity. Not to mention the rest of your presumably numerous, round-the-clock, and underappreciated tasks that you perform to keep Fleming safe. I see you. Even if--as is probably for the best--you don't see me.
