One of the things that make happy is singing in the church choir. My love for God can be seen in my tireless commitment to attending multiple choir rehearsals weekly, singing almost every Sunday, and traveling with the choir to different churches and even other countries.

One of the biggest parts of me is my family. I am one of eight children so my family is very large now that five out of eight of us has had children and now grandchildren. We love family gatherings on holidays, celebrating birthdays, and even traveling together. On any given trip you will see anywhere from twenty-five to fifty of us on a family vacation. Most people stop us and ask if we are on a family reunion. LOL.

This was so delicious! One of the things I enjoy doing is trying different foods. This is an enchilada plate. It was made with a lot of healthy ingredients and did not leave me with a heavy full feeling afterwards. I can't wait to have it again.

I retired early and am enjoying my life. I spend time with my grandchildren (nine of them, and one great-grandson). I travel as often as possible. I sing in my church choir, and sometimes work in the schools by substituting. I am living my life to the fullest.
