''There is no doubt that I left the Academy with tremendously improved skills, as well as a better sense of my own goals and strengths as an artist, and a better understanding of the industry''-
Matt Pailes, School of Photography
There are very professional instructors

"Academy of Art University is a good school because it starts you off in the foundations. As students we learn from the very bottom up. They teach us all of the elements we need to be artists first. I have enjoyed a lot of my professors from the Game Design department. They are knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and some of them are downright awesome. Some of them are tough, but not unpleasant. And a couple are unpleasant and tough. I enjoy how at Academy of Art University getting that A-grade is super hard. No Bell-Curve here for you to lean on. You do the work and put in the effort, you get the grade you deserve..." -
Heather Elroy, School of Game Development

I remember this one time in 3rd grade and my friend was getting bullied, and it reminded it of the time that i got bullied, but she got it worse.I could relate to her on so many levels though. So i knew how she felt and i felt bad, because no one should be going through something like that in their life, they should be accepted and respected no matter who they are.We are all equals, some people may disagree, but they have to face the fact that we are all the same in many different ways. And one time mostly in everyone gets bullied, and some people don't think,"My bully might have gotten bullied before",and other bullies are bullies because they probably don't want to get bullied again, so they make fun of other people and treat them awful. So,i know how it feels to get bullied, and i'm glad that my friend and i were strong enough to not take all of those false comments all in,and didn't get those things into our heads, and maybe do something bad to ourselves, but didn't. And people need to remember that just because you don't like someone, you shouldn't bully them. Yea they may get in your nerves, but still put your self in their shoes, how will you feel if you just acted like your normal self and people thought you as that,i mean you wouldn't like that, would you?
