Why do you think these violations occur?

People think that they can not get caught for their actions online as they think they are anonymous. they feel comfortable hiding behind the screen. words on a page or screen have no emotion behind them as different people can determine what those words mean to them, whether good or bad.

What do you think could be done to reduce or eliminate such unethical behavior?

Monitor data as well as set guidelines people have to follow in order to be on those pages/ websites. This can help promote good online practices on any media format and can stop any negative/unethical behaviors.
