- another scenario was because we had to prioritize the class diaries first so we went to give out even before the relief slips came. as a result, the relief slips were handed to the late coming duty SCs in the forum and they had to help us give out or had to look for us.

- now the collar problem more of the councillors are more aware of it and there are lesser people with the collar problem

We would also need to balance our latecoming duty as sometimes, there would be a lot of latecomers and may be hard for us to control the crowd.
