1. Schaffe dir ein wenig Platz im Raum, sodass du nirgends anstößt und dich verletzt. Am besten suchst du dir eine Begleitperson (Eltern, Geschwister etc.) oder treffe dich mit Freunden zusammen. 

2. Schau dir die Ideen für Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten einer Choreographie an. Dann probiere sie aus, wie es dir gefällt. Sei kreativ!

3. Erstelle deine eigene Choreografie. Du darfst dir selbst deine Musik aussuchen, in der Gestaltung seid ihr frei, nutzt aber biete viele verschiedenen Sprünge, die ihr kennen gelernt habt. Insgesamt soll die Choreografie zwei Minuten lang sein. Findest du schöne Bewegungsabfolge?
