explain the task- i did volenteering at the graduation
develop the skill-  a volenteering event where i had to communicate with important people that helped me with my confidents and how to talk proffecinal .
what went well-what went well is that everyone i talked to understand what i was saying and the intructions given,
what id improve- i would improve the way i stood and presented my self.

explain the task- i completed a about me presentation to in form people about me 
develop skill- in the presentation i talked abut diffrent events in my life and how i have gradually grown i had to talk infront of people that helped me with my confidence.
