In our opinion be part of a partnership is better than to create your own sole trade business because the responsibility is less and the risk you run doesn’t just fall on you but on all the members. Another good thing is that the capital that you have to invest can be less because there are more members but at the same time the total of capital of a partnership would be more than the total of capital of a sole trader. This could provide greater growth opportunities.

We prefer to be part of a partnership because the work is shared, and the partners are specialized in different areas like the responsibilities and the financial investments. And we also think that having multiple perspectives can help in solving problems.🥰

We would prefer to be a sole trader. Because with this type of organization is easier to set up the business, you don’t need a lot of money and you can make decisions indipendently without the risk of making discussions and problems over an argument. Also with this type of business the profit mustn’t be shared, so it’s all yours.

we prefer to be sole traders because you can take all the decisions without having to ask anyone else. You don’t have to share profits with other partners and you are liable for all your decisions. Managing the company is easier than managing a partnership.

We think taking part in a partnership is more convenient than being a sole trader mainly because of the limited responsibility and in second place because taking decisions that will have a positive effect is easier if more minds come together to find solutions, which is necessary to run a business.
