I do have a few comments though. (1) I appreciate you controlling your line weight, (2) your diamond shape could transform a little slower. Maybe there is another step before it completely turns horizontal. (3) I think the square transformation is a little strange, it seems to be changing in size as it is rotating. How about your control the size decrease as you are rotating it. Otherwise, it might be fun to also play with this idea of layering that we discussed in class today (where one shape looks like it's on top or underneath another shape). (3) overall i dont get a sense of movement and dynamic transformation from your pattern. I think you can com eup with something a little more exciting in regards to transformations. Given the simplicity of your base pattern, i suggest you experiment with more complex shape transformations. This is so you can end yo with a pattern that truly transforms in a dynamic way. Also, I only see you working with one shape that becomes thicker. That is not acceptable, you need at least three shapes that transform differently. We covered this in class, if you weren't there, you can watch the videos I will upload on BB. The first one is probably apply your transformation on your original pattern. I do not understand, currently, how your shapes are transforming. You need to overlay a tracing paper on top of your original pattern so I could understand what the overall transformation would look like. This looks promising, but I need to see it overlayed on top of the original pattern. One thing to ask yourself as you are going forward, are you being to timid with the transformations?
