Bring in persons of color to examine the curriculum (parents, educators, superintendents, etc.) to examine curriculum design practices to avoid white bias and institutional racism in the curriculum. This models that teachers need to go into the community to understand how to develop curriculum. 

Faculty needs professional development to move the action and curriculum- how to break that bias without offending them – The shape of the PD, (content, process, who leads, make sure there is practice or application – change both beliefs and practices)
