         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Doctors are not normally present during late duty and medication isn't usually administered by nurses.</li><li>The procedure involved a field experiment consisting twenty-two night nurses.</li><li>A telephone call was received from Dr. Smith advising the nurses to check if drug Astoten is available.&nbsp;</li><li>The nurse checked, found the bottle labelled Astroten 5mg and confirmed the 10mg maximum dosage to the doctor.&nbsp;</li><li>The doctor advised the nurse to administer 20mg of Astrotento a patient called Mr Jones. The doctor claimed to be running late and advised he would sign the authorisation form when he arrived at the hospital</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Twenty-one out of twenty-two nurses were influenced into carrying out the order from the doctor.</li><li>Theory and reinforces the findings of Milgram.</li><li>The medical ethics was not followed, dosage must not be exceeded.</li><li>The nurses undermine their profession.</li><li>After the fact, only eleven nurses admitted to being aware of the dosage limits for Astroten. The other ten did noticed but judged it must be safe if a doctor had ordered them to administer it.&nbsp;</li><li>The results of the research affect the field of psychology, the way we think, view behavioural aspect, and its influence on society.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
