I choose this place because it reflects the Kuwaiti culture and brings back the memory of old Kuwait. It is a special place due to the goods sold in there which are all hand made. Therefore, the sellers are only women like divorced women and widows so they can help their families. Souq Alhareem is uncommon these days because of the spread of big malls and the lack of interest in traditional goods and handicrafts. As a result, only a few people keep going there. Also, it’s a quiet place. It has a cinema, and several coffee shops which you can study in, and a lot of stores specially for girls.  There is a walking track on the last floor with air condition that you can train in there in summer because of hot weather. Also, on the last floor, there is a dentist and girls spa. It’s a comfortable place and few people. it’s good for the families. Also, there is a wide dining variety from fast food to fine food. There is a multi-story car park next to it. The only issue with the mall that it’s an old mall, and there is no international brand.

Al Kout Mall is the largest mall in South Kuwait and that’s one of the things that make it special. It contains variety of shops, different dining options, and entertainment places such as cinema. By going out from Al Kout Mall crossing a bridge by walk there is Souq Al Kout where you can see dancing fountains and marina which is the biggest marina in Kuwait. The Souq reflects the shops in Kuwait in the past. Moreover, there is a five star hotel named Hyatt Regency.
