Like Remi, I noticed that a few of my friends started to act a bit more different or looked a bit more sad at school. This was until I realised that something was going on with them that was hurting them. I tried my best to stay out of their private, personal matters while still trying to comfort them. I don't know if my actions and words of comfort will help them or not but, I'm just glad that they trust me as a good and caring friend to vent or rant out to.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Activity 3:</strong></p><p><strong>Q1.</strong> I do my private study and weekly organisation really well.</p><p><strong>Q2.</strong> I really like how I always try to make my friends around me feel happy/happier. I like it because, seeing my friends happy is a good thing which leads to making me feel happy as well.</p><p><strong>Q3.</strong> The 3 words that describe me best are intelligent, kind and caring (from a friend). This is because I understand my topics well in school, I often help others and believe that kindness is the best medicine to make someone's day better.</p><p><strong>Q4.</strong> Something that I would like to learn really, really well is to manage my time and be consistent with it. This is because, I often leave my work to last minute but other times I do my work too early in advance. Managing my time will fix these problems making me more organised in school and at home.</p><p><strong>Q5.</strong> I love to play with my phone, eat or cook food. This is because my phone does not judge me for who I am, eating food makes me feel happy on the inside and cooking food is a great hobby of mine.</p><p><strong>Q6.</strong> My friends are Serena, Thu, Vy and Carmen. They are my friends because we get along well, they don't judge me for who I am and they understand my boundaries.</p><p><strong>Q7. </strong>The best thing that has ever happened to me are becoming friends with the people from Q6.</p><p><strong>Q8.</strong> Today, I feel good but with a little bit of tiredness. I feel this way because I haven't really though of any negativity as well as I slept a bit late the night before.</p><p><strong>Q9. </strong>One thing that I am thankful for in life are being able to have a loving family and group of friends. I am thankful for them as they have brought me to my best self, provided me with comfort and make me laugh.</p><p><strong>Q10.</strong> One thing that I can do to make school a better place is to make everyone around me feel better about themselves mentally and physically. I want to make everyone feel better about themselves so others' don't feel left out or actually have the motivation to come to school.</p><p><strong>Q11.</strong> In 10 years, I imagine myself studying in university for my dream, future career of financial planning.</p><p><strong>Q12. </strong>Something that motivates me to do my best are watching/observing other people try really hard or do their best.</p><p><strong>Q13.</strong> I need to forgive my mum and a few of my friends as, sometimes I often do mistakes that I do not realise. Maybe the mistakes hurt them so, I should apologise.</p><p><strong>Q14.</strong> Right now, at this very moment, something that I want the most is to organise my time better.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Case study</p><p>Ahn is a friend of yours at school; you don’t really hang out with him every day, but he is in a few of your classes. Lately he hasn’t been himself and you cant really figure out what it is. </p><p>He just looks sad all the </p><p>time. No one else seems to </p><p>notice and he seems to be spending more and more time at school by himself. He has been telling everyone that </p><p>he goes to the music room at lunchtime to practise, but you saw him behind the sports storeroom, sitting alone.</p><p> You feel concerned for him and decide to see what is wrong. You sit down with him and he tells you that his</p><p> brain feels all ‘fuzzy’ and he cant concentrate, he thinks he is going to fail all his subjects, and he is really worried.</p><p><strong><em>What would you do immediately?</em></strong></p><p>I would try to make him laugh or make him know that I'll be there for him.</p><p><strong><em>What do you do in the next few days?</em></strong></p><p>For the next few days, I would hangout with him and try to become closer.</p><p><strong><em>Who might be able to help Ahn? What could they do?</em></strong></p><p><em>A trusted teacher might be able to help Ahn.
