Maddelenn Brown has earned a YAAAAS QUEEN every single day for both lunch and recess since implementing her intervention. Her goal is to get 7/10 YAAAAAS QUEENS for the below goals during lunch and recess each week:

Goal #1: I can use my social filter.
Goal #2: I can keep my hands and feet to myself.

She has blown this out of the water and has been 10/10 the past two weeks! Go Maddelenn! :)

’d love to share a win about one of my students who is beginning to step into a helper/leader role in the art room. This has really boosted their confidence and encouraged more positive interactions with peers. It’s been especially meaningful to connect through our shared interest in fashion, which has helped strengthen our bond and made them feel seen and valued.

There's real growth happening in PE because of what's happening outside of my classroom with all the help he's getting. We're already seeing growth. My student has not had to sit out in multiple weeks

Student has now stated giving a hug on his way out, showing a growth in our relationship. Also started doing one of his independent choices rather than inappropriate technology use.

My student is working so hard to improve. Starting Stem bags as a soft start for this specific student has started his day more positive and I have seen improvement. Parent support is amazing and has helped so much!

Our class has worked hard to make sure cafe tables, seats, and floor are picked up. We were tracking the pieces of trash left in the cafe on the front board. It transitioned to 0 pieces of trash for weeks! The cafe personnel have been so thankful! They are going to let us know if it becomes an issue again.

My one student was absent for two days last week & he shared that he was so excited to be back in the classroom. Makes me feel happy that he loves being in class & feels like he can be himself! Wins!

My student has made GREAT progress!! Not needing any verbal redirection! One look at him and he is reflecting and changing the behavior. Less and less tallies through the few weeks we have done this! So far this week, no tallies!!! He has done great!

My student is working hard in social skills to have great interactions with peers that she typically wouldn't decide to communicate with on a daily basis. She is working through her goals and understanding where she needs to improve :)

My student has been asking if it's a question, statement, or story before he starts sharing. He's been more reflective in telling me stories and being able to save them for later when it's more appropriate.

My one student has been remembering to bring me his notebook 4/5 times a week. He has been writing in his journal any time he wants to get up. He then rereads his journal before recess so he can connect with his friends. He also loves receiving positive messages every day.

My student is working hard to not get upset when her friends don’t want to play with her at every recess. I have seen her be willing to work with other students in class to try to keep from smothering her friends. She appears to be using kinder words both at home and at school. I am proud of her.

My one student has been so excited recently to meet with me for reading and math small groups. He even gets sad if his group isn’t meeting that day or doesn’t think “we did enough” fun things!
