Shang Dynasty, it is the dynasty that signaled the Bronze Age in China. A person who played an important role in the Shang Dynasty is King Tang. King Tang made people pay tax through harvest. During this time, there were aristocrats or also known as the local lord or the vassals. The vassals had the authority to rule a portion of the king's land in return of providing labor and military services to the king. During this time too, deciphering of futures emerged. They used the 'Oracle Bone' which is made from shoulder blades of cattle or turtle shells, the oracle bone is then heated and they look at the bone cracks to decipher one's future. The Oracle Bone is also the earliest written records of Chinese Civilization.
