Dear Mikoto,

I was very pleased when I knew that You’d be staying with my family for 2 weeks. We live in a three-bedroom and two-bathroom. You will have your own bedroom when stayed here.

Changing to a new environment, you must know the rule of it. There are some important ones that we have to follow.

First, everybody must keep his or her own room fresh. And we clean the house every week. If my room is dirty, my mom will become very angry and strict. You will never want to try it, right?

Another important rule is that everyone must sleep before 11 p.m. My parent thinks staying up late is bad for our health and growth.

The third important rule í you need notice to my parent before hanging out. Don’t think that it is too strict. My mom and my dad are opened-minded. It í shows where are you when they do not see you at home

You asked me about our family rules. There’re 3 important one that we must follow:
The most important rule in my family is that everyone must show respect to the elders and other members. Like when you meet an elderly person, you have to say hello or wait for the adult to eat before eating, etc … Actually, it's not my family's own rule, it's the basic thing when you treat everyone.
The second rule is respect each other’s privacy. You have to knock the door before going to someone’s room and don’t touch other people's personal items without permission.
The last rule in my family is that we mustn't swear. It shows disrespect to others and creates a bad image in people's eyes.

You ask me about the house rules. We must follow three important principles.
An important rule in my family is to respect family members. Respecting everybody shows that you are polite and elegant. I've always followed this rule because I think it's really necessary in my life.
Another important rule in my house is that I have to do the households chore and other homework. My parents had to go to work after a busy day, so they should have more relaxation time. Moreover, doing the housework is the responsibility of all family members. We must share the burden with our parents.
The third important rule is that my brother and I must's to stay out later. My parent set a time for me to come home in the evening. In my opinion, it's right. If we hang out at midnight, we will be in much danger from robbers or other bad guys.

Dear Marie,

I and my family are really looking forward to living under the same roof with you for two months. We live in an apartment on the 6^th floor. You will have your own bedroom during your stay here.

You asked me about our family rules. There are three vital ones that we must follow.

One essential rule in my family is that I am allowed to play computer games at weekends only. In my parent’s opinion, video games distract me from studying. They believe that while I am playing games, I won’t take my eyes off the screen for long time and this will have an adverse impact on my eyes-sight.

Another important rule is that children should help around with the housework and other home duties. When children help out, chores get done sooner, and parents have less to do. It helps children to be more independent and improve their lifeskills. In addition, sharing household chores will connect family members and we will have more spare time to do something fun toghether.

Last but not least, keep fit by taking up a sport is one of the most crucial rule in my family. Playing sports on the daily basis is good for both mental and physical health. It help family members to boost our mood, stay healthy and reduce risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

It is been a long time since we haven't seen each other and I really miss you. I'm very excited to hear that you will be coming to Ha Noi and staying with my family for 1 month. My house is located in a small quiet alley. In addition, that's a cute yellow house which consists of 7 rooms so that you don't need to worry about accommodation. However, my family has some vital rules so we hope you follow them. First, one important rule is that you mustn't smoke or take drugs. This is a negative habit and it can harm your health or my family members. Another critical rule in family is that my parent wants you to keep room and house tidy. Obviously, nobody wants to see their house dirty and messy so I hope you respect this. Last but not least, the third rule is that you should have good table manners. All families in Asia have table manners such as: inviting the elderly to eat, don't spit on the table, etc. If you have any problems, I willingly help you.
