Original Goals: The initial objective for student N.H. was to exhibit enhanced letter recognition and active engagement with reading materials, particularly in the identification and labeling of all uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet by the conclusion of the academic year, per the RF.K.1 standard. 

Implemented instructional strategies, differentiation techniques, intervention methods, remediation approaches, and assessments. 

Instruction: Diverse teaching techniques were utilized, such as kinesthetic letter card exercises, with a particular emphasis on identifying beginning sounds in Consonant-Vowel-Consonant (CVC) syllables. 
Customization: Tailored activities were created to match N.H.&#39;s specific learning requirements, guaranteeing involvement and advancement. 
Intervention: Individualized sessions were carried out to deliver targeted intervention, providing tailored aid and encouragement. 
Remediation: The need of continuous practice and meticulous efforts was highlighted to address specific areas that needed improvement, namely in the recognition of letters and understanding of phonemes. 
Evaluations: Regular formative assessments were conducted to precisely measure N.H.&#39;s development and indicate areas requiring more attention.

Continuing issues of concern: 

Persistent Endeavor Required: Although there has been some development, ongoing effort and assistance are essential to guarantee that N.H. attains the ultimate objective of proficiently recognizing letters and actively engaging with reading materials. 
Student Objectives: 
To address N.H.&#39;s persistent area of concern, the objective is to enhance the capacity to recognize starting sounds in CVC words by implementing focused interventions and collaborating with speech therapy specialists. Some particular objectives include: 

Ensure a steady and continuous advancement in phonemic awareness and letter identification by providing customized exercises and continuous assistance. 
Improve Self-Expression: Boost N.H.&#39;s confidence in verbal communication by engaging in speech therapy sessions and implementing positive reinforcement techniques. 
Enhance N.H.&#39;s proficiency in recognizing both capital and lowercase letters by providing personalized practice and helpful comments. 
Further suggestions: 

Personalized Assistance: Offer further tailored help to tackle unique obstacles and knowledge deficiencies, guaranteeing that N.H. obtains the essential aid for ongoing advancement. 
Continue to collaborate with speech therapy professionals to further help N.H.&#39;s growth in phonemic awareness and expressive language abilities. 
Positive Reinforcement: Employ positive reinforcement techniques and hands-on learning approaches to foster active participation, self-assurance, and continuous advancement in reading abilities. 
In general, although N.H. has achieved praiseworthy strides towards the established objectives, ongoing assistance, focused interventions, and cooperative endeavors will be crucial in guaranteeing more growth in reading abilities and overall academic achievement.
