After reading "How Do You See Your Self(ie),"

I view selfies as more than just casual photos. Selfies are a new way to express yourself, finding more about yourself, and a way to stand up against cultural norms. From this project, I learned that self-expression through media is a way to communicate ideas, and emotions.
