Sometimes find it hard to get issues addressed due to lack of time and then this can create problems with our relationships with clients

Sometimes I feel like we have not been given a vital piece of information  but then need to scramble without much notice. This is sometimes an issue of not replying to all or not passing on news to everyone

It can get difficult to catch hold of you in office, understandably due to your meetings. However, I have full faith and confidence that I can email you with anything and it will get heard.
