Fourth day, I learned the method on how to sell phones to customer and the way to talk and attract customer. One of the staff have teach me the details of the new arrival phone. . Fifth day, today I had an opportunity to sell Usb charger to one of the customer. The brand of charger that I sold is one of touch brand. i had explained to the customer on how to use it. apart of it I also explain the detail of the product which is 1 month local supplier warranty, it also can charge faster. The charger have 100- 240v input voltage 2A output current and 5.3v output voltage. Today, once again I get an opportunity to sold mobile phones to one of customer. The mobile one of the new arrival Samsung galaxy S8 .the price is rm 3299. With some new surplus which have 3000 mah battery wired/ wireless fast charging, iris scanner biometric security and Bixby functionality.

Today is my last day of practical at JJ smart gadgets. Yesterday Mr Chong had mentioned that today I just have to do preparations to complete my report which means I have to prepare with questions to ask him later. Around 12 pm mr Chong came and answered to my questioned and give me few advises for my future and wish me luck too. I thank him and staff for give me knowledge and share their experience which are useful for me.
